Originally formed in the 1980s by a young Darren Sadler, our company was established to address the need for repairing rather than replacing windows and doors, a practice that was, and still is, common among other companies. This approach not only saved clients money on costly replacements but also benefited the environment.

ADC initially specialized in all types of locking systems, door closing mechanisms, and fire exit equipment. Over time, we realized that clients and local authorities were frustrated with companies that condemned windows and doors because they couldn’t repair the existing mechanisms or lacked the necessary skills. Darren identified this gap in the market and found a niche for our services.

In recent years, we have expanded into general maintenance to meet our clients’ evolving needs, though locking systems and door closing mechanisms remain a significant part of our daily operations. Darren continues to play an advisory role in the business, bringing his extensive knowledge and expertise to the company.
